Terms of service

These terms are written to be read. By using Swoo.se you agree to them.

Your content is yours

You own the QR codes, destinations and files you create. You give us permission to store and serve them only so the service works — for example, redirecting people who scan your dynamic codes.

Acceptable use

Don't use Swoo.se for phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or to mislead people about where a code leads. We may pause codes that do, and we'll tell you why.

Static and dynamic codes

Static codes contain their content and keep working without us. Dynamic codes rely on our service to redirect; we treat redirects as critical infrastructure and work hard to keep them available, but no online service can promise 100% uptime.

Trial, payment and cancellation

New accounts get a 7-day trial without a card. After that, PRO costs $15 per month and renews until you cancel, which you can do yourself at any time. If your account isn't paid, dynamic codes keep redirecting for 14 days and then pause until you pay again; nothing is deleted.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. If we ever need to close an account for abuse, we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
